Very displeased with my haircut from Jessica K. She was rude the entire time and ensured that I will never be returning. Numerous times before, the stylists disregards what is asked of them and tries to be artistic with the hair instead of just following directions. I’m very unhappy with this place.

Tori is incredible! My wife and I spend our time between LA and Austin. Hands down Tori is the best hair stylist in the world. I can't wait until we are in LA, so she can cut my hair. She's always so nice and kind. I have a ton of swirls/Cow licks and Tori always cuts my hair so well. She never leaves any hairs sticking out. I was sad when she was gone, I had another lady cut my hair and she did a terrible job. I was so happy when tori came back. She always listens to my needs and gives me the exact same cut everytime which aint easy and exactly what I want. I always thought sports clips was kind of cheesy but I had a last minute client meeting and they were the only ones available. Thank god i got Tori. She completely changed how I view the company. Like my wife said, as long as Tori is here, you'll have life long customers, she's so talented and a huge asset to this company.

Not happy. Not happy at all. When I get a cut, it’s a HOMERUN. Tonight, Friday to be specific, the door AND online posts the hours closing at 8pm. We pulled up at 6:30 and the doors locked. They were turning the lights out. If you are closed at 6:30, POST THAT YOU CLOSE AT 6:30. I operated businesses for decades. NEVER have we worked outside of the posted hours. We now live in a society that this is acceptable. For team members to dictate when and how a business operates. I’d recommend fixing that. FYI- I just checked again at 7:30 and online it says “closing soon”. NO!!!you are already closed for the past hour.

Ms. Tori took great care of me. She was thorough, took her time, and made sure my haircut was perfect. From the moment, you walk into the door to you leave the service was excellent. I definitely would ask for Ms. Tori to cut your hair.

Deanna and her crew are amazing. From start to finish this was the best haircut I've experienced. She discussed options with me and gave me suggestions when I was a little lost. I will be back for sure. Be sure to get the MVP! The steamed towel and massage was a great way to relax.
